(a) This Mama Invests Materials. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service and all related patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right (“Rights”).

(b) User Content. If you provide us with feedback regarding any aspect of the Service, we will own all rights in and to such feedback and any derivative products or services developed from the feedback.

(c) Third Party Content. The Service may include third-party content and links to websites or content owned or operated by third parties (“Third Party Content”). We do not own or control any Third Party Content and make no representation or warranties of any kind regarding the Third Party Content. If you use any of these third-party products or services, you assume all risks and liabilities. We may also link to other websites. We have no control over these external websites and will not be liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from those external websites. Third parties should have their own terms of service and privacy policies, so be sure to check those out.

We have the right to limit the sales of This Mama Invests Products to any person or geographic location. All descriptions of This Mama Invests Products and pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue any This Mama Invests Products at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Service.

This Mama Invests Refund Policy

Six-Figure Investor Program Refund Policy

Our ultimate aim is for you to achieve your financial goals. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 30-day action based "better than money back guaranteed". In order to qualify for a refund you must meet these five criteria:

1. It’s been less than 30 days since you purchased

2. You viewed 100% of the videos for week 1-4

3. You attended all live zoom sessions or you submitted your weekly questions on our Telegram channel or via email.

4. You complete your weekly assignments and announce completion on our telegram group using the hashtag #homeworkdone.

ONLY after completing all of these steps, if you feel the course still hasn’t helped you to take control of their financial future, will we offer a full refund.

Six-Figure Investor Program Payment Plan Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your payment plan before you complete your Six-Figure Investor Program payment, your lifetime access to the 100K Academy and all additional courses and materials included in the package will be revoked. For cancellation of your Six-Figure Investor Program payment plan please contact [email protected]. To qualify for a reimbursement you must follow the instructions mentioned above.

Wealth Builders Mastermind and Live Events Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided, we do not provide refunds. All sales are final. No cash refunds are available.

Please only join the Six-Figure Investor Program if you are an action taker, and you know you are going to put in the effort and actually do the work and study as this is not one of those get-rich-quick programs.

WBM Initial Membership

The Wealth Builders Mastermind membership included with the Six-Figure Investor Program is available as either a 3-month or 6-month membership, depending on the package purchased.

If you wish to delay the start of your WBM membership, this must be agreed upon in writing before your purchase is completed. Once your membership begins, no pauses are permitted during the membership period, and requests for extensions will not be honored.

WBM Membership Renewal

After your initial membership ends, renewal is entirely optional and available on a monthly or annual basis.

Once a renewal payment is processed, the fee is non-refundable. You may cancel your renewal at any time, however you must notify us before your next billing cycle by emailing [email protected].

Affiliate Partnerships

For complete transparency, Marsault Capital FZCO acts as an affiliate for certain Third Party Providers offered through our Service, which means when you sign up or buy a product from the Third Party Provider through the Service, Marsault Capital FZCO receives referral commissions (“Affiliate”).

(a) Marsault Capital FZCO screens all Affiliates long before we present them to you through our Service. When we onboard an Affiliate into our Service, we make sure to ask a lot of questions of any potential Affiliate in advance and let them know who we are and all the expectations we set out for our Affiliates. We also review third party reviews of any potential Affiliate services and rely on your feedback on how their service is working for you. If you’re not happy, we aren’t happy and take this feedback into consideration as we evaluate our continued relationship with Affiliate.

(b) You may see testimonials through the Service from other users of the Affiliate services. We do not pay for or edit these testimonials, and we believe that the testimonials reflect the user’s own opinions and experiences regarding the Affiliate.
